Previously downloaded emails keep downloading

My Outlook 2003 has worked completely fine forever. Then today emails from
my pop work accounts keep downloading over and over...going back to almost 30
days. My personal pop account is downloading properly. Some people from
work that use outlook are having no problems - another person from work is.
No changes have been made to our work accounts. Any ideas?
