Print Booklet - no duplex printing capability

Print Help

I have used Publisher for several years as a church secretary and am
familiar with booklet printing in Publisher using a duplex printer. I
am now working at home and my printer does not have duplex printing
capabilities. I have already prepared my son's wedding program as an 8
page booklet in Publisher. Now I'm not sure what the most efficient
way to print it is. Since it's already set up as a booklet, I can't
just feed them back in because of the way it sets the pages up. I am
in desperate need of advice. Please help if you can.

This is for 2003 and earlier
Turn off View, two page spread.
Page one, print current page, click no to the query.
Turn the page over, go to page 2, print current page, click no to the query. and
so on...

If you have 2007, File, Print setup, Printer details tab, Advanced Printer
setup, Printer setup Wizard. Go through the steps in the Wizard.

I really haven't worked too much with 2007's booklet printing.
You might just type 1,6,3,8, print, restack the pages, turn the pages over and
type 7,4,5,2

Print Help

Mary,
Thanks so much for this solution. I can see how this would work,
however, when I print this way, it always spits out a second blank
sheet making every other sheet a blank one. This will be a problem
because I need to print 70 booklets. Any idea how to get rid of that
blank sheet? I'm using 2003 Publisher.
Thanks!

I can't explain the extra sheet. If you have one page on your screen the method
should work. Look at your printer setup, be certain everything is correct.
