Print comments by specific reviewers

How can I choose the reviewers to show when printing a Word 2002 document
with markup? I can choose between them to show on screen, but can only print
with or without the entire collection

It's a kludge, but you could make a copy of the document, display only the
markup of the reviewers you *don't* want to print, Accept All Changes Shown
and Delete All Comments Shown, then display the other reviewers and print
the document with markup.

Suzanne, thank you for your answer. Your kludge is better than the ones I
tried, which were (a) doing separate versions (didn't work) and (b) doing
several copies with one or two required reviewers in each. I do like the
multi-colours for the collection of users, but it would have been nice to be
able to choose-and-print as well as choose-and-display.
