print preview black and white

Is there a way to do a print preview of a document in black and white or
grayscale?

Try setting your default printer to one that doesn't print color - a
monochrome laser for example.

If there is color in the document, Print Preview will still display color.
My default printer is a monochrome laser, and I see color in all my
documents.
