"Print to Onenote" drive and/or "import mdi files"

The updated version SP1 of Onenote stills lacks a virtual printer driver, or
the ability to import Microsoft Document Imaging, unlike the Microsoft
Journal. As a student, I would like to see the ability to be able to import
my professor's handouts and annotate on them when necessary, but on Onenote
given its advantage over the lighter Journal utility.

Thank you for clueing us in on these powertoys. They are awesome and I
recommend them to everyone.
