Printing a message without any headers

Is there a way to print an e-mail and have it suppress the
printing of any headers? I do not want my name at the top,
nor do I want the "From:", "Sent:", "To:", and "Subject:"
lines printed. I only want to print the message itself.

Select the body of the message and copy and paste into Word or whatever.
Then print.
