Printing every other page in publisher 2003

I am trying to make flash cards for the CPA exam. I have made a few
hundred using the two page format. Now I want to print them and I
only have a bubble jet so I cant print on both sides. I have made my
custom page size and all that jazz so it works well enough to print on
the 3x5 cards. My problem is I can't print every other page (just the
fronts) then again for the backs. Is this even possible because I
have tried everything.

This is for 2003, might work for you, it is worth a shot.

How to print even and odd pages by using VBA in Publisher
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294748/en-us

Have you setup your printer and page for 3 x 5 or are you printing multiple
cards per sheet? If it is the former when you are ready to print do you type
1,3,5,7,9 etc. in the print settings? It maybe better to have two separate
publications, one for the odd side and one for the even. If you print the front
first, you will have to restack the cards alternating the order.

If you are printing multiple cards per sheet, remember what ever is on the left
on the front will be on the right on the back.

I did this using Pub98 for a Business Math course I was taking.
The think is, why make 3x5 cards? Just to be politically correct? :)

I did it with standard 8.5 X 11 sheet of paper, laid it out as five
horizontal text boxes of equal size. Duplicated that page onto page
two. Saved the two pages as my "blank test pub"... Then looking at it
in two page spread, I typed the question in page one text box one,
typed the answer in page two text box one. Continue down the page.

When done, print out page one, turn that over and print out page two
on the back. Cut them apart (assuming you have scissors).

There are some quirks to it, it's a time/space kinda thing... I leave
that to you to finger out :)
