Printing Project Plans in MS Project 2000

When I print out my entire project plan in MS Project 2000, some of the
content in the task column does not print out. I have tried to change the row
height and move things around but I have had no luck. On the screen, the
entire content of the task in that row is visible. When I print only prints
out some of the content (never a second line). Basically the test is wrapped
on the screen but will not every wrap when printed out.

Please help!

Hi,

What about Print Preview?

If it's ok in Print Preview but not on paper then update your printer
drivers.

If it's not ok in print preview then keep making more space for the taskname
until it is.

Thanks for the response. The problem also occurs in print preview. I have
tried moving the rows and making them very large but that does not help.
Basically, the text wraps of the screen but once in print preview/print, the
text does not wrap at all. The text basically looks like a sentence which
gets lost behind the column next to it no matter how I resize the rows.

Any other suggestions? This is really driving me nuts....

If its happening in Print Preview then Project itself is the problem. You
have SR-1? (Help, About menu to see)

I did not see anything about SR-1. What is that?

SR-1 was the service release for Microsoft Project 2000. See the following
