Problem accessing Properties menu, and problem printing HTML

I'm part of the HelpDesk staff at my company and one of my users is having an
issue with Outlook on one of our terminal servers (we setup Outlook on
terminal servers for use by staff - in effect, several users will use the
same install of Outlook for email). She's the only user reporting this
issue. Whenever she tries to right-click an email in her Inbox she does not
get the Properties menu. It hourglasses for a fraction of a second and then
does nothing. She is able to access the Properties menu everywhere else in
Outlook. She is also unable to print an HTML email without opening it first,
and she was able to do this before. If she tries to highlight an email and
click the Print icon it will tell her "One or more items you tried to print
is not supported and was not printed." I had seen the same issue with
another user and was able to resolve it by disabling his rules/alerts and
then re-enabling them. This, however, does not apply to my other user
because she has no rules in effect. I checked to make sure there wasn't an
active filter and there was not. I've also tried recreating her email
profile, deleting some Outlook-related registry keys under HKCU (after
backing up, of course)and deleted Outlook-related files stored in her profile
but none of this has worked -- Outlook is still retaining whatever setting
is causing this. It seems there's a discrepancy with how Outlook is handling
HTML-formatted emails and I can't see how to fix this. I want to restore
Outlook's settings to defaults and the only way I can think of now is by
deleting her profile entirely, which is unacceptable.

Is anyone familiar with this problem and how to resolve it? Or does anyone
know how to restore ALL of Outlook's default settings without deleting the
profile under Documents and Settings? Please advise!! Thank ya.
