Problem with accsess to an other Mailbox

I have Problems with Exchange 2003 and Outlook2003. If a User releases it’s
Calendar (stage 3) for another User then the User have normally access to the
Calendar.
Some Days later the User has still the same rights, but he has no access to
the Calendar.
Somone knows the Problem ?
