problem with emailaddresses

Daer all,
Since last week we have at our office Outlook 2003 Dutch on Windows XP
machines.
We have a small business server windows 2003 (Dutch) with Exchange.
We have 6 users.

I like Outlook 2003 (Dutch) veru much because now we can add emailaddresses
to our contactpersons map by clicking the emailaddress and with right mouse
I get the option: add to emailaddressbook..

The funny thing is that when I add an emailadress to the addressbook I want
to put it in the "Contact persons Tozai" addressbook. (That is the standard
map)
However, the system puts it ALWAYS in the "Contact personen "map.
So when one of us wants to mail to someone, we ALWAYS have change from
Conactpersons Tozai to Contactpersons.
Our external system-manager has tried to change this for 1 hour and he wants
to try again next week.
But the man costs Eur 90 per hour.....

Should we try to live with this problem or does anyone know where to change
it?

We use the Outlook 2003 for companies which seems to be slightly different
from personal Outlook.
