I have an Outlook 2003 client running Service pack 2 and the only update it
is missing is the junk mail filter update. For some reason when I click the
reply button to a message all of the text in the string of emails always gets
small and very plain looking. I have played with a lot of settings in tools >
options >mail format and also tools > options within a new mail message and
nothing seems to work. This happens for every message that I get. Please help
