Problems with Outlook 2003

For the last several days I have not been able to send email using Outlook.
I get the error message (0x800CCC0D) Unable to find the email server.

I haven't changed any settings. Does anyone out there know what I need to
do to fix this?

Are you using Norton perhaps? Disable the email scanning integration. This
won't compromise your security since your real time scanner will be
functioning.

Go to Add or Remove Programs, check Show Updates, and then remove the latest
Outlook Junk Mail filter.

Post back if it worked for you.
