Producing a book with MS Publisher

I want to use Publisher to do page layout for a 200 page book in a 6"
X 9" size and have it all in one file to send to a printer. Is this
possible with Publisher 2010 if I use the 64 bit version under Windows
7? I have found only one person so far that says that it may be
possible.

I don't think Publisher will create an index if it is planned. Word may be
a better tool and you can always convert the finished book to a pdf file.
