Are you going to burn it to a c-d or d-v-d? Are you using Windows M-E?
Is if for a job at G-E or the B-B-C, or maybe P & G?

Okay, I'm off to the woodshed to administer 40 whacks with a wet noodle
to myself.

The best tip I can give you is NOT to use Publisher for your resume.
Publisher isn't used as much as Word is in the business world. If an HR rep
can't open your file, he/she will not try to figure out how. They'll hit the
delete key.

Which they will probably do anyway... regardless of the file type.

Thank you JoAnn. During my management career of some 30 years reading
hundreds of résumés, I had never heard that term.

It seems the term is used more in Europe than in the US.

Yep. I've known for a long time what a CV is (as would most people over
the age of 14), but it took me much longer to find out what this
mysterious "resume" (pronounced by me the same was as the verb) that
Works and later Word offered me was.

And I'd learned what a CV was after I started reading the newsgroups
back in the mid-90's. Considerably older than your 14 yrs. ;-)

I left out the (semi-implied) "in Britain/Europe". :)

That's why I had never heard of it. I was in the computer manufacturing
business...

That explains why I saw it on an episode of House yesterday! :)
