A significant pattern in junk mail is to not have a subject line; that's
fairly rare among legitimate email. Consequently, it would be nice to have a
rule that when enabled would treat all messages with blank subjects as junk
mail. It should be possible to enable exceptions to the rule, particularly
white-listing anyone in Contacts so that if a legitimate acquaintance does
happen to send a message with a blank subject it would still make it through.
