Project 2002 - Update Progress Information

Apologize for marking my earlier post as Urgent. Would appreciate all the
help anyone can give.

Hi!
I am using email workgroup to collect hours from resources. I
have the below issue.

Already existing actual hours for resources are being replaced by
the actual hours reported for the current week.

If the resource had 10hrs of actual time already against a task and
remaining hrs of 5 and is reporting 2hrs of actual work this week,
Project overwrites 10hrs of actual with 2hrs of actual for that resource for
the task and reduces the remaining work 5 -2 = 3hrs...

Please help.

What happened to the feature in Project 2002 that was in Project 2000 where
you could move the columns left/right to alter the layout of columns in the
Request Actuals window. Where is the similar feature in 2002?

FYI. The plan is being maintained by two people including myself on Project
2002 and the other person is using version 2000.
