Project 2003 - How best to synchronise information between users remotely

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any practical advice on this. I'm starting
out from scratch on this one.

We have a bout 5 - 10 users that we are considering buying Project licenses
for. Some of these users work from home.
Ideally, we would want for them to be able to share information on projects
(and Office documents) in an easy way.

What's the best technology to use to allow them to share information?
Ideally, I would like for this to be web based with frequent
synchronisations. Is there anything I can get to make this happen? I don't
want to use a server "in house" and just want to basically outsource the
whole synchronisation and file sharing issue.

Any companies out there offering this kind of service?
