Project 2003 weekend problems

Hi, I am creating a project in 2003 and it is obvious on the Gantt chart and
from the calculations that it is recording the weekends as working time.
However, I have changed them as none working in the relant calendar under
'change working time' as well as under options/calculations. Could you
please advise as to what else I should check and where I may have gone wrong.

Hi Caroline,

Could be a couple of things:
What calendar is set as the calendar for the project? Check Project >
Project Information.
Are there resources assigned to the task? Which calendar is their base
calendar? Check the Resource Sheet base calendar field.
Is there a task calendar assigned to the tasks? Check the Advanced tab on
the Task Information dialog box or the indicator column.
Did you set all weekends as non-working time by selecting the column heading
for Saturday and Sunday in the Change Working Time dialog box?
The Gantt chart will show bars running across the weekends but if you have
resources assigned, you should see no work during the weekends if you look
at the Task Usage view.
