Project progress and new tasks w/dates

As Project progresses , new action/tasks may require and dates associated
with this tasks. How adding new tasks/dates will affect baseline and further
project tracking.
Example,
Task1 (saved as baseline) dates
subTask1 (saved as baseline) dates
new subTask2 dates (created as Project progresses)
new subTask3 dates (created as Project progresses)

Will subTask2 and subTask3 tracked against the baseline? or they will be
considered as baseline tasks?

The new subtasks will not accrue EV until baselined, but project is kind
enough to allow costs (ACWP) to accrue against these tasks.

Baseline start/end dates for the summary task will not reflect the new tasks
until the new tasks are baselined and they are "rolled up"

My understanding of baseline as a start point. If some new subtasks have been
defined on a later run ( and I want to track them as a new subtasks, not
baselined subtasks) how I can achieve this?
