Project Server 2007 Outlook Add-in

Hi.

Using MS Project Server
Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003 with the Outlook MS Project 2007 Add-in.
***

We keep having this error message coming up when people are working in their
Outlook Add-in for Project.

An unexpected Error has occured (bla bla).
Then a window called <Outlook integration for project>.
Run-time error '457'
Component: StatusingGrid.cls
Procedure: AddLabelControl
Error Number: 457
Error Source: MPSInt12
Error Description: This key is already associated with an element of this
collection.

Then the task window will appear, but will not work correctly: for example
the task health combo box will be empty, and the ‘total work’ and ‘percent of
work complete’ won’t be updated anymore.

Has that problem ever been encountered by anyone.... and a solution been
found?

Try:-

Uninstall outlook project com-addin
Re-aply latest office service pack and hotfixes
re-install oulook project comm-addin
