Protect document containing text boxes

I have a document that has linked text boxes for
newsletter type information. I need to protect the
document, like a form, where only the text boxes can be
manipulated. The Header/footer and other graphics need to
be protected.

I used linked text boxes because of the precise locations
of each box.

any experience with this?

thanks,
sandy

G'day "sandy" <[email protected]>,

The text box has an anchor. It sits at the start of the para. So, you
may be able to get away with placing a continuous section break at the
end of previous para and another at the start of the anchor para, then
not protecting that section - but then then leaves your text box able
to be moved.

What about sticking a text form field inside the text box?
