PUB 03 WILL NOT SAVE - IT QUITS

Hello,

I am running Pub 03 sp3 (11.8166.8172). It was working fine, now I can not
save anything.
I opened pub and tried to save the new blank doc (or any document), it opens
the 'save as' window then it freezes and quits - I can't type or select
anything.

Microsoft Office Publisher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.

If I was to re-install Pub 03, will it still have the same problem? I would
rather not have to reinstall.

Do you have any ArcSoft software? It is ArcSoft that is causing you the error.
There are patches on the ArcSoft web site.

I did some more research on your error, it doesn't necessarily mean it is an
ArcSoft issue. Read through this forum, I suspect your answer is here.
