Pub2007 Refuses to recognize a duplex printer

Is there anyway to convince Pub2007 that my Muratec 1430 is a true duplex
printer and that it doesn't need to use that inane duplex wizard? The printer
properties box clearly shows that the duplex feature is installed. The
printer box allows me to select it. As soon as I hit print Publisher tells me
to go turn the paper over and feed it in again. I'm about ready to uninstall
2007 and reinstall 2003 which worked just fine.

Any help appreciated. - Thanks, Randy

Have you tried the advanced printer setup?

Print setup, Printer details tab, Advanced printer setup button, Printer Setup
Wizard tab. Click the Two-Sided Printing Setup Wizard... There is a six step
setup dialogue.

Publisher's duplex options are completely separate from your printer's.
If you enable Publisher's duplex option it will run you through a manual
duplex. To use your printers duplex feature, you should disable
Publisher's duplex feature and enable the duplex option in your printer
driver (the Properties button in the Print dialog).

Hello Ed, I've never used the duplex options for Publisher 2007. I assumed it
was for any printer, not just manual duplexing. My error. I just went through
the steps and it disabled my duplex unit, I had to reverse the options.
