[Publisher Help] Need Templates for Job Ad Posters!

I'm trying to create posters for branding a job opening (I work for the
recruitment marketing division) to be put up in the top institutes of the
nation (we're hiring IT freshers). I have just Office 07, and want to make it
happen with Publisher. Was looking for templates to download or create.
Please Help!
