Dear All,
I've observed the following in few Win2K or Windows XP
machines. These machines are installed with MS Access
2002. The MS Access client is setup to query on MSSQL
database. The execution of query with a date field in
where clause doesn't work on few of these machines.
The error window pops up with title as "Microsoft Access
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."
What can be the reason?
For the same OS/Client/DB Server combination the same
query works in few other machines.
I've installed both the SP1 and SP2 of MS Office XP on
these machines.
Rgds,
Guru
