Question about configuring emails in Outlook

A

Arre

Hello,
First, If I have an email configured in Outlook, is there a way to keep a
copy of the email on the server so if, for example, I log into my webmail, I
can still have all my emails there as well as saved on my computer- even if
my server doesn't automatically do that?

Second, how do I download emails stored in folders in my webmail to Outlook
(again, I want to keep a copy on the server).

And lastly, how do I delete an identity in Outlook?

Thank you very much.

1) What type of mail server do you use? if pop, you need to configure it to
keep mail on the server.

2) it depends on the mail server type. pop only supports the inbox.

3) control panel, mail, profile
