Hi,

Does Outlook have a limit of how many .pst-files I can add?

If I add a .pst-file called "Private", and don't add any subfolders. Is it
possible to mark "Private" with a tag or a colour?

Is it possible to search through all open mail-folders at one time? I.e:
Added 2 .pst-files, "Private" and "Funny". Can search through "Private" and
"Funny" in one search?

1) I believe Outlook 2003 is only limited by system resources

2) No, you cannot tag folders but you can password protect it

3) Yes, but only by a Search Add-in like MSN Desktop Search

Rather than adding PST folders, consider only adding 'regular' folders.
Unless you have unusual circumstances, folders and subfolders in one PST
would be much easier to search and manage. Do you have an overriding reason
for using multiple PSTs?

Actually I'm asking this for a friend. He's making pst folders for every
project he's working on. When the project is finished, he removes the pst
folder from Outlook, and burns it on a CD. But off course, he can make one
pst folder with regular folders for every project. When project is finished,
add pst folder, move mail, remove pst folder, burn pst file on CD. I'll tell
him his options.... ;-)

Thanks, both of you.
