Question mark leading the email body

When writing an email, outlook 2003 sometimes adds a question mark to the
beginning of the email. The sender can't see it while she's typing the
email, but the recipient got a ? in the beginning of the email.

When writing an email, outlook 2003 sometimes adds a question mark to the
beginning of the email. The sender can't see it while she's typing the
email, but the recipient got a ? in the beginning of the email.

I'm seeing this on several clients computers. The question mark
appears in almost every email generated from Outlook 2003. No virus or
spyware comes up on any scans. Any ideas on what else to look for?
