    Hello,

    The basic steps for resolving your issue are as follows:

    1) Create a new blank database in Access 2000.

    2) Import the objects from your old Access 97 database into the new one in
    Access 2000:

    a) In your new database, from the menu, choose File -> Get External Data
    -> Import

    b) In the Import dialog box, open your old database.

    c) Click the button that says 'Select All'

    d) Click OK

    Now you have a new database in Access 2000 format with all of your old
    objects
    and data.

    Regards,
