Read/Not Read display in the Outlook 2007 Inbox

The messages in my inbox are being displayed as dim for NOT read and Bold for
READ. That is exactly the opposite of what I have always had and would
appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to reverse it so that it looks
"normal".

Thanks, but tried that. Ran Install again to repair. Nothing. Changed all
the fonts in Autoformat. Nothing changes. Unread are dim; read are bold.

Which mail account type are you using?
Which addins do you have installed?
Do you get the same behavior when you start Outlook in Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
