Receive at logon?

Advice please for how to Receive emails whenever I logon to Outlook, rather
than having to use the Send/Receive button?

You don't mention which version so I'll give you the approximate steps:

Tools > Options > Mail Setup

Check the box "send immediately when connected."

While viewing the Inbox, press Alt-Ctrl-S and define a send/receive
interval. Use a value in the 8-10 minute range.
