Received vs. Sent Columns

I maintain a Received and Sent folder in Local Folders. How can I save
different columns in each subfolder? For example, I want From and Received
columns in my Received subfolder and To and Sent columns in my Sent
subfolder. When I change the columns in one subfolder it automatically
changes the columns in the other folder to match what I set in the first
subfolder.

Thanks,

Bill G.

Try using one of the pre-defined views. (See View > Current View). There
should be "Send To" for "Sent Items" type folders and "Messages" for things
that are from folks.

That really doesn't make sense, since each folder's view is usually
independent of any other's view. What you describe is usually the default.
Are the two folders you mention subfolders of another or are they both
top-level folders at the same level as Inbox, Outbox, etc.?
