receiving attachments and pictures

When I changed from outlook express to outlook 2007, two of my contacts can
no longer open my attachments or see my inserted pictures. Others have no
problem. What can I or they do to correct or what can they do?

Now check the individual contact records for those two contacts. Open one
and double-click the e-mail address. Examine the "Internet format"
drop-down at the bottom. It should be set to "Let Outlook decide..."
