A couple of days ago Outlook began downloading every message everytime it
checks the Pop3 server (verizon ISP). I have my account set to save messages
for 3 days. In the past emails that had already been downloaded were not
re-downloaded. Is there a "sync" type file that has been corupted? What do
I do to fix?
