reloaded printer with paper now print job not responding

having printer problems...reloaded printer with paper after it ran out during
a job. now it wont start. also cant make the image on the a4 size paper
reduce to fit in twice on the page (i wanted 2 half page images for the
flyers i made to save on paper, so i could cut them in half). please help i
need this for this moning.thanks.

You may have to re-setup your publication in the printer. This truly isn't a
Publisher issue. Maybe an upgrade driver install from the manufacturer's web site.
In page setup select custom, input 20.997cm width, 14.85cm height. This will print
two to a page.
