Remove email toolbar from a Word 2002 document

I have one document that has a toolbar that says: "TO:, CC:, Send",
etc., and I can't get rid of it! I tried to click the Send Email icon
from the toolbar as suggested in other help postings, but the icon is
grayed out.

I'm using Word 2002 and I received this file from someone else. I can
copy the entire file into a new document to get rid of the toolbar,
but that would require some reformatting and it's a big document.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't have the option File - Send. I do have File - Send To - Mail
Receipient (for Review) or Adobe PDF, or as Attachment. I've tried all
of these option and the toolbar is still there in this doc only. Any
other ideas?
