Removing an Account

M

Marc Dimmick

In trying to solve a rebooting issue I uninstalled a users and removed any
reference to groove on their hard disk. I then installed version 3.1 and
setup a new account. From there I then installed 2007. 2007 required 3.1 to
be uninstalled and then installed over the top. I did this but then I noticed
that I now had two account for the user.

Does anyone know how to delete a user account?

To remove a Groove Account, please login this account and then click Options
menu > Preferences > in Account tab, click "Delete Account from this
Computer" > click OK > restart Groove program to delete the account.

In case that you cannot remove the account by the above method, I recommend
you to use the command line "grooveclean.exe -all" to remove all groove data
and then re-import the account which you want.
