When interacting with Microsoft Product Support and replying their emails the
TO: line is blank. This happens only with Outlook. I can sign onto my
Windows Live account on the web interface and hit reply and the TO: line is
populated with the proper email address.
It seems as if Outlook 2007 doesn't like the below email addresses used by
Microsoft Product Support (outsourced):
- Microsoft Customer Support
[mailto:TLBAR.WNLV.WW.00.EN.SYK.MNL.TS.T02.SPT.00.EM@css.one.microsoft.com]
I am running Outlook 2007 with the Outlook Connector installed and using a
Microsoft Windows Live email account.
It appears that Microsoft would have had a chance to test this with their
own products..
Any ideas?
