Repost: Outbox is EMPTY, but Outlook says no

Hi,

I have a machine running Outlook 2003. Everytime the user closes Outlook,
a dialog pops up saying that "There are unsent messages in the Outbox...do
you want to exit anyway?" However, there are no unset messages in the
Outbox. It's a minor annoyance to answer "No" and let Outlook close, but
it would be nice to clean this up. Something probably got stuck in a
crash??? I dunno, but any pointers appreciated.

Best regards,

http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm will most likely solve this.
