Resize pictures using wrong email client

I have Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express installed on Windows XP Pro.

When I use Explorer to select some pictures I would loke to email, right
click them and resize them, the email goes out via outlook EXPRESS. I dont
use outlook express anymore and would like it to use outlook 2003 to send out
the email. How do I change windows xp to not use outlook express to connect
to my smtp server, but use outlook 2003.

This means that if the email bounces, I have to close outlook 2003, then
open outlook express to resend the message.

Might try IE\Properties\Programs and using the dropdown arrow in the E-Mail
window selecting Outlook.
