Resource Pool Project Name

I have a resource pool that is linked to many different projects. I need to
send out task lists to the resources and I am trying to include the project
name that the task goes with. I have added a column and referenced the
project field. It works great except in some projects it shows me the entire
path and name, and others is shows just the name.

I really just want to show the project name, and not the entire path.

ex. //network/project schedules/Project 1.mpp
Project 2

Note: It appears if I open the project once during my project session it
just shows the name, otherwise I get the entire path.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

As far as I know, Project references just the project name when you have all
the files in the same directory.
