Resource Usage Report: Duplicate Tasks Appearing

When I generate the Resource Usage Report (filtering by Resource Group), I
get six duplicate tasks with the same percent allocation for a given week for
some resources, and no detail tasks for others.

For the resources that have duplicate tasks, there is no summary column at
the resource line. For the resources that don't have duplicate tasks, they
have a summary of the resource percentage.

In the View, the percent allocations appear correctly, i.e., each task has
one percent allocation for each week with totals at the resource level. ( I
would use print this view but it print additional columns rather than the
date range that I've specified.

Using MS Project 2003 Professional.

BTW: (1) I'm using Service Pack 2. (2) I checked my Shared Resources (Tools
/ Resource Sharing) and have "Use own resources" and "Sharer takes
precedence" selected.

I may have found my own solution. By selecting "Sort resources by project",
the data now displays correctly.
