Resource Usage with Late Start & Late Finish

Hi to all,

can anybody suggest me how to have the resource usage with late start & Late
finish dates in a programme. Currently we can have it with early start &
Early finish.

Any Masters of MSP may help me out???

Hi,

Project, Project information, Schedule from Project finish may well give
what you want.
You can go back to normal afterwards.

Thanks Jan,

Well I had already done it & Plotted the S-curve with late start & Late
finish, but the LS & ES curves seems to be quite nearer to each other than
the available floats in the activites. My program has three phases & for each
phase the ES & LS curves should meet somewhere in the program.

My program has 0% progress till now, hence I tried an innovative thing. I
copied all the dates in LS & LF cols into ES & EF Finish cols, then plotted
the graph. It shows the realistic bulge in the curve for all tha phases.

But I didn't understand the difference between the results. The souls have
been same. Any idea?

Well, I tried to answer your question, now you tell me that I din't answer a
different question.
I never thought about an S-curve, only about showing Resource Usage with
late dates.
And didn't it?
I'm not a mind reader so I can only answer the questions as they appear.
