Resources/Crew/Calendars

I'll try to make this as simple of a question that i can. I have 2 crews of
ten men working 10 days and taking 4 off, these 2 crews have rotating
schedules they work from 6AM to 6 PM. Do I enter this as 20 different
resources? If I am able i would like to enter 1 crew as 1 resource. How would
this best be done? I am new to project and am also looking for some
introductory classes and would like some suggestions.

Jody,
If all the members of each crew are using always the same calendar, then you
can manage them as Generic resources. So you will have only 2 resources and
2 calendars.
PS : did you ever tried the solution of Jan De Messemaeker (21 of February)?
