Retain Enterprise Custom Fields while saving MPP 2007 to MPP 2003

As per our one of the requirements, we are trying to save the MPP 2007 file
to MPP 2003 through UI, Save As option. While saving to 2003, all Enterprise
Custom Fields are going off. These Enterprise Custom Fields are created
through Project Server 2007.
Any help would be appreciated...
