Retrieve Emails in .pst format

How do I retrieve my Emails after they have been archived/saved in .pst format?
I posted this question previously but when I opened the response the page
was blank.

You open the PST file:
File > Open > Outlook Data File...

Within OL you open the archive, just like any OL data file
