rounding corners

Does anyone know how to round the corners when cropping
pictures in publisher?

You are not able to round corners using the cropping tool in Publisher. You
would have to crop the picture in a drawing program prior to inserting into
Publisher.

One other work around would be to insert your picture into an autoshape that
has rounded corners on it. Right click on the chosen autoshape, go to Format

Autoshape > Colors and Fill change the color to Fill Effects > Picture Tab

and import your picture.

Do you have the Microsoft Photo Editor installed on your computer?

It is part of Office so if you don't get your computer people to install it.
It is a basic but very useful tool for many things, two been cropping and
doing corners in various styles including rounded.
