RTF Rowspan or Row merge

Hi,

I've tried to sent this e-mail to (e-mail address removed)... but still
no response. Funny, because they say in documentation:
"To comment on this paper or request more documentation on these
developer features, contact us at (e-mail address removed). We look
forward to hearing from you."

This was my e-mail message (and so my problem described)

Hi,

At this moment I've found out how the cell 'merging' works, Just the
width of the cell. But when I want to merge rows I cannot find a
pattern something like the cell merging.

Can you help me with the row merging part? When I search on the
internet, there is no relevant result coming up.

I really hope you guys can help me out. Many thanks in advance!
