Rule for matching *.mydomain.com emails

My mail server sends me all the mail for my domain. How do I create a
rule that routes all mail that that does *not* match certain addresses
to a particular folder?

For example, I want mail sent to (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)
to go to my inbox, but (e-mail address removed) to go to a different
folder.

I'm using current versions of Outlook and Exchange.

the specific addresses.
